Ok, here is the problem with my 2000 Disco II.
1. Keyless entry only unlocks and locks the back and rear doors with no problem. The driver and passenger side do not unlock or lock with the remote or with the lock button in the vehicle itself. I can manually lock the passenger side door and to unlock I must use the handle from the inside. The driver side I can lock/unlock with the actual key, but not the remote or button inside. The alarm works fine as well as the light.
2. Front sunroof does not work, the rear works perfect, when I press the front sunroof button it does not make any noise ro anything, it does somewhat feel like it get;s a little sticky when I try to  open the sunroof and the button does not feel sticky when I press the close button.
All the help is really appreciated...I hope this is enough info...
Thanks.

You probably need left and right front door latches.  Expect to pay about $4-500 per door for this repair.

There is not enough info to diagnose this.  But when you go to fix the doors you should find a shop with the autologic or t4 test system, and they can use that to check the sunroof also

Answer
No special tools are needed to replace the latches.  It's just time consuming figuring out how to wriggle the latch past the window frame pieces.  You have to unbolt the frame and move it aside.

My best advice is to pay $18 and sign up for a day to www.landrovertechinfo.com

Print the relevant parts of the workshop manual and wiring book, search for any bulletins of interest, and look through the other material to address other things on your truck.

All the dealer service data is there, and for a guy with a problem $18 is a bargain.
