Land Rover Repair: belt tensioner bearing replacement, retaining clip, serpentine belt

Question
Got the serpentine belt and pulley off and have the corrct bearing to  replace but how did I get that retaining clip out of the pulley??

Hi Mitchell,

I've replaced the pulley wheel on my tensioner but that's about it.  I'm not sure about this one so I'll send you to a website that has pretty pictures that illustrate how to do this.

I like guys like you!  This part is usually not serviceable and I acknowledge your determination to do the work yourself and save some big $$$.
