Land Rover Repair: 99 Disco II TC issue, cv joint, ground reference

My TC engages and the dash warning light (TC) illumintates on right turns.  Brand new hubs and abs sensors.  Code is 02.2 ECU Ground Reference Ground Fail.  Any ideas.  Traced all wires, no rubbing, pulling away, etc.  Swapped modulator, no difference.  New ABS computer?

this problem is quite common and so hard to diagnose for both of us.  A Disco owner told me that he had a TC light and thought as you did: ABS related. He wasn't too sure about swapping out the modulator or ecu so he had the local LR dealership do the diagnostics.  Turns out it was a CV joint that was failing.  

I suggest you should have a LR technician take a look at it.  Its a shame to swap out parts in hopes of fixing the problem.  Identify the problem area first.  In your case, it may be CV related because you get the TC light on turns.
