Land Rover Repair: 1996 Dico brakes, gasket paper, dico brakes

I read that it is possible to use the bent lock washer twice and I was wondering if the paper washer could be made from gasket paper? or is mandatory to use the LR part FTC3646.

LR suggests that you renew both this washer and the paper gasket.  

Yes, its possible to use the bent lock washer twice.  If you are in a pinch, you could reuse the washer but make sure its not damaged in any manner. A couple of years ago, I had started repairing my brakes and had misplaced the new washers I had purchased.  I had little choice but to reuse the washers.

As for the gasket, I would not use any other. These gaskets are inexpensive and should be available at your local LR parts resource.
