IS TC424 (7 WAY ROUND CONNECTOR IN MY VEHICLE) ALL I NEED TO CONVERT TRAILER LIGHT WIRING TO STANDARD 4 WAY PLUG COMMONLY USED IN US?

Yes this connector should be correct if it is an original rover part.

Where did you get these numbers? The trailer wiring adapter with the standard 4 prong US trailer wiring is LRNADS32K superceeded by YWJ500130. The good news is they are backordered and have been for a while. Call Atlantic British  @ 18005332210. They are usually helpful and can direct you to an aftermarket connector assembly..
