Lexus Repair: 93 GS 300 EGR problem, blow shop, jp importz

Question
I have EGR problem, all parts were replaced, new EGR valve, modulator, EGR pipe is clean, but temp in the EGR pipe is at most about 50 C, I checked resistance of the temp probe, and probe is OK.  Looks like flow of exhaust gases is too low and therefore temp is low.  How can I increase flow of gases through the EGR pipe, do I need to clean EGR cooler or what?

Answer
Roman,
EGR inlet to the intake could be clog up. Remove the throttle body and the Y-pipe. Remove EGR valve and put some carb cleaner, let it sit for about one hour. Blow shop air through that passage. Make sure air does get through the other end. Continue to clean the passage it's clean.  Reassemble the unit.  Test drive the vehicle. Good Luck.
