Depends on where you go. OEM cat convertors are ungodly expencive. Normally around $800-1200 depending on what it is.
Now, you can normally get an exhaust shop to cut yours out & weld another replacement cat in for much cheaper. Especially if you buy the right sized generic high flow cat. (Which will also free up afew horsepower).
