Lexus Repair: 1994 LS 400 Dash lights, toyota service, jp importz

My dash lights don't come on until the inside of the car warms up or it's warm outside (70 ish).The gauges work(except fuel and odo.Also have some warning light gremlins(don't have owners manual so I don't know what they are).The car was wrecked but not totaled if that helps(it just started this a few weeks ago) please heeeelp!

Hello Jerry,
  This is the typical problem on the older Ls400.  Your cluster would have to come off for repair. The circuit board needed replacement. We do offer this service at our shop.  Thank you.
