Lexus Repair: Lexus ES300 repairs, obd ii scanner, vacuum leaks

Question
I have owned a Lexus ES300 for about almost 10 yrs!  It has always been kept up with regular maintenance(regular oil changes, regular tuneups, all belts, and also filters)I recently noticed the brakes first.  The brake light went on and the brake fluid was low, so I figured the master cylinder must have gone out.  I took it to get checked and The mechanic said it was fine.  Before I took it in though, the water pump and the timming belt went out and the taillight sensor went on.  The water pump, timming belt, and the taillight were good after the repairs, but the car did not feel right though.  About a week later the car started to stutter when on the road.  It has NEVER done this!  I got it home and parked it.  The next day when I turned it on again to check it, the dash lit up like a christmas tree.  What can be wrong with it ?

Answer
The BRAKE light indicates nothing more than the fluid is low. No worries.
You should be more specific. Get it scanned for any codes that are present. In general, if you throw every dash light at once on any Toyota - You're alt is shot & not charging. But I digress... Get the code scanned & bring them back to me.

The studdering I don't want to speculate on until you bring me back some codes. (Just go to a parts store like Autozone, they'll scan for free. If you have a 1994+ the car is OBD-II compliant. When they ask what year it is, lie to them & tell them it's a 1996 so they don't be bitchy.) If you've got a 92-93, it's OBD-I, meaning you can't scan it without a $6000 vetronix scanner only few Lexus, or Toyota dealers have. In which case, you open either DIAGNOSTIC port on the car, short TE1 & E1 together (say with a paperclip, or a wire). Turn the key to ON & the Check Engine Light will flash the codes. Tho the ports are present on 94+'s, you can not chekc the system in this fashion. It must be scanned with an obd-II scanner.

What *could* be wrong with it? Well... The cam timing could be off, there could be vacuum leaks after the MAF sensor, the EGR/IAC/Throttle plates may be stuck with carbon build-up typical of modern engines with EGR systems, and you could have overheated the engine if it was running when the water pump went & you warped a cylinder head.
All but the latte really are not beat issues.

But BRING ME CODES!!!     :)

(You are basically asking me a question that is rediculously un-answerable with the provided information. You haven't given me anything descent to answer with.)
