Lexus Repair: SC400 60,000 mile service & future service, transmission oil change, serpentine belt

Question
I recently had a "60,000 mile service" performed at an independent shop.  This service included an oil change, transmission oil change, rear differential oil change and a new air filter.  Also, the fan (serpentine #1?) belt was changed. For this service, the charges were $400, which they claim is much lower than what a dealer would charge.  Probably true.  However, wouldn't the dealer have changed the coolant, brake fluid and performed other services/inspections at a 60,000 mile service?  Also, what is a serpentine #2 belt? Should that have been changed also?

Did I get ripped off?

Also, for this 1993 Lexus with only 60k miles, when would it be appropriate to change the timing belt?  Can you tell by inspection?  If replacing the timing belt, do you recommend changing the water pump at the same time?

Thanks.

Answer
Hello, Yes, If that was all they did then it was expensive. A service also does include the other things you stated (Timing belt, coolant & brake flush) and more. Water pump should be able to go until 120k if the fluid has been changed every 30k miles. There is only one serpentine belt on your model.
