Lexus Repair: 1993 lexus sc400 having no power, 1993 lexus sc400, lexus sc400

I have a 1993 lexus sc400 that takes forever to get up to speed. I have changed the "precats" at the front of the exhaust and the middle converter has been removed but still have no power at all. Is there anything else other than blockage in the exhaust that would cause this.

Hello, Here are a few more things you can check. Make sure that there is not anything blocking the air inlet tube from just before the air filter to the throttle body. check and make sure that the air flow meter plug connection is good. And last check to see if the vehicle may be starting off in second gear and not first.
