I have a 1994 lexus es 300 car and the front right wheel does not rotate properly because the brakes pads stuck to the rotor and does not release.

Hello Eric, I am not sure I see a question here but I will give you a answer and hope that it is what you are looking for. If your pads are sticking to the rotors it can be one of a few things. Sticking caliper sliders, sticking caliper, or the brake master plunger rod needs to be adjusted with more free play.
