How do I install a driver side sun visor on my 1994 Lexus ES300?

Thanks for the question.

This is actually a pretty easy repair:

Look at the sunvisor support rod at the place where it goes up into the roof of the car, there will be a plastic cover over the bracket and screws under that.  Put a bit of electrical tape over the tip of a flat blade screwdriver (so you don't scratch the plastic) and gently pop the little plastic cover off.

Next, remove the screws and the sunvisor will drop down.  Disconnect the wiring connector for the visor mirror light, and replace the visor in the reverse order.
