Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 2000 Lincoln LS, 2000 lincoln ls, lincoln cars

Maybe you misunderstood me.  There is no temperature control on the steering wheel.  My display is showing 75 degrees.  If you touch the arrow up or down nothing happens.  Regardless what button you touch (ex. fan,defrost,flow to the floor,flow to the face,increase blower,decrease blower.) the only thing that turns on or off is the a/c.

The temperature on my lincoln ls is stuck on 75 degrees and when you touch any of the other buttons all it does is turn on the a/c.  Any advice on what the problem may be?

When you touch the red button it does not raise the temperature? How about on the steering wheel?

I assumed there was a control on the wheel like mine. Looks as if you have a bad control unit. Part number XW4Z19980CA listing out at $463. Book time to install is just .6 of an hour.

I don't blame you. I love Lincoln cars over all other brands, but they are having a lot of trouble the A/C in the LS'. Sorry I didn't have better news and thanks for the fantastic ratings and nomination!
