Answer
Here you go,

REMOVAL

Drain cooling system, then remove upper radiator hose bracket.
Disconnect coolant bypass hose from thermostat housing cover, then remove thermostat housing cover.
If equipped with A/C, proceed as follows:
Remove low pressure line hold-down bracket, then the suction accumulator/drier bracket.
Position suction accumulator/drier and low pressure line aside.
Remove thermostat from thermostat housing.
INSTALLATION

Clean thermostat housing cover mating surface and groove, then apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant to inner surface and perimeter of thermostat housing cover .079---.118 inch wide on all sealing areas.

Install thermostat into thermostat housing cover. Ensure jiggle valve on thermostat is facing upward.

Install thermostat housing cover on thermostat housing and tighten bolts to 12 - 15 ft. lbs. Position thermostat housing cover on thermostat housing within five minutes of applying silicone sealant.
Connect coolant bypass hose to thermostat housing cover and tighten clamp to 14 - 17 ft. lbs.
Install upper radiator hose bracket and tighten bolt to 34 - 48 ft. lbs.
If equipped with A/C, proceed as follows:
Install low pressure line hold-down bracket and suction accumulator/drier bracket and tighten bolts to specifications.
Fill cooling system, bleed, then check for leaks. Wait at least 30 minutes for sealant to completely dry before refilling engine coolant.
