Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 1997 mountaineer ignition lock, steering wheel, couple of friends

Hi,
  the SUV has been running without problems. I recently parked it with the front wheels at an angle, and in the morning the steering wheel, ignition and shifter were all locked up.  It doesn't seem to be the regular steering wheel locking -- a couple of friends tried it and no one has been able to turn the wheel. Can you help ?  Thanks, Michiele

hello
try puting the key in the ingt. and wiggile the wheel back in forth . if that does not work jack up the suv in the front . both wheels off the ground then u should be alble to on lock it.
