Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 95 Lincoln Town Car, lincoln town car, gas tank

Hi Pete,

 Have a 95 Town car until recently ran fine. My wife gased up on a Friday and didn't drive it until the following Monday. When she drove it, it was missing, popping, jerking, bucking, hesitating and you name it. Thought maybe some water got in the gas. Put gas dry, fuel injector cleaner, mystery all in the gas tank. Changed the plugs, air filter, fuel filter, pcv valve and it's stil doing the same thing. The check engine light was on, disconnected the battery cable and it went off and did not come back on.  Help!

i belive you have gotton bad gas i would take a sampile and bring it to another gas station have them check it for you then go back where you wife bought her gas and have them dren the tank and make this wright . please rate my serivice pete
