Mazda Repair: miata fuse location, jumper lead, test meter

Question
I'm not getting power to my fuel pump on my 1991 miata. I checked with a test meter on the 4 pin plug and got power out of one of the 4 wires leading to the fuel pump. I assume it is the gas guage that is registering power since the guage works. I tried to check the fuse under the dash on the drivers side but found no fuse didicated to the fuel pump. Is it sharing a fuse with another devise?

Answer
Check the pump relay mounted under the dash drivers side (hung above the clutch pedal)  It's a six contact relay.  The system uses a 30 amp main under the hood, passenger side.  You can test the circuit by placing a jumper lead in the "diagnostics" box (driver side under hood) from GND to F/P.
