Mazda Repair: 2001 Mazda Millinia, exhaust gas recirculation, second time

I had a P0400 code on car. I put car in for service had EGR valve cleaned along with tuneup. Got car back now gas pedal sticks sometimes and car occasionally stalls. It's going back to dealer for the second time. The car ran fine until this repair even with check engine light on .

they were right to clean the egr valve the code indicates an exhaust gas recirculation flow malfunction and a tune up is always agood idea when that happens as to why the pedal is sticking it could need to be lubricated i suggest having the dealership do the repairs under your supervision and them coving the cost of it if it happened right after geting it back, if it's been over a a couple of weeks they may argue the claim and have you pay it
