Mazda Repair: squeaky suspension, mazda b3000, unfortantly

Question
Mazda B3000 2WD: When I turn the wheels left or right, there is a terrible squeaking noise.  This also happens when I drive over speed bumps. Any idea what this is? If so, do you have an estimate of how much it will cost to repair?

Answer
Hi Kelly thanks for asking
this is definilt a problem with a steering or suspension component. THere is a Joint that has no grease on it, possible because the protective boot is ripped. It is more than likely an outer tie rod or a ball joint. I see this problem all the time. When you turn the wheel the joint tries to move with no grease and gives you that noise. Unfortantly when it starts making noise it needs to be replaced.
Good Luck
