Mercedes Benz repair: Air Con, software issue, dual fan

I have an S-Class 320 petrol 2002.
My air con is fully gassed and fans seems ok but does not cool car down especially when sunny. it does not push much air through side and rear vents. could this be a software issue or is the fan not strong enough?

check your plastic ductwork and get to the fan unplu it and put 12v directly to the fan and see if it blows harder if it doesnt chances are your fan went way of the dodo otherwise it will be the wiring that is going to the fan that is shorting out one side of fan (if it is a dual fan) check fuses obviously could be a bad fuse link
