Mercedes Benz repair: 1985 380 SE dash and accessory lights not working, interior illumination, rheostat

I just picked up this car real cheap and when driving tonight I noticed there are no accessory lights. The outside lights and dome light work but not the dash or heater lights. I would check the fuses but I don't even know where they are.

There should be a samll turn switch called a rheostat that copntrols the interior illumination on your panel it is connected to your outside themostat gauge turn it clockwise otherwise the fuse is on drivers side under hood there is a box check them, otherwise your bulbs in your instrument cluster
