Mercedes Benz repair: i need help !!, throttle valve, maf sensor

i have an E320 1997 with almost 170000 mile with good condition. a couple weeks ago, i went to the technicin to check the car with the computer and two errors appeared
1- throttle valve.
2- mass air.
my question is. Is there any other solution rather than changing the throttle valve???

you could have a false reading on the throttle valve due tou your maf sensor being bad. The maf controls the air flow to the Throttle valve so that is why you are getting a double reading replace MAF sensor then try a can of seafoam tou may have a build up of carbon then get it checked out. If it is the throttle body check that all hoses are attatched to the intake manifold and not cracked but I am pretty sure your problems will be solved with replacing the MAF
