Mercedes Benz repair: 1989 300E - worth keeping?, windshield washer fluid, real humdinger

Question
I purchased a 1989 300e from my brother, basically for fun and "just to have".  Milage is about 176K. He was not original owner either, I think only one prior to him. I've had car since Sept. 2007 and put about 2000 miles on it.  For the most part it runs fine.  Recent issues are driver seat reclines but now won't come back up; it moves forward and back, just the back rest portion is problem. Now it's waaay back!! Windshield washer fluid won't come out, but does come out on headlights.  Again, just stopped one day.  Prior to that, the wiper fluid warning light would come on with a half or more of fluid in container.  Most recent, regular headlights not working, (new bulbs on both sides), had to use high beams to get home.  The real humdinger - sometimes the radio won't turn off or change stations and you can't hear it, only very faintly if car is not running.  It will stay on for 2 or 3 days.  Can't turn it off, change station or volume.  So far no effect on car starting. It corrects itself after some time.  I changed some fuses but, seat still not working or washer fluid.  Are there some inexpensive repairs here.  Should I cut my loses or worth correcting.   Thanks.

Answer
Lets try going at this 1 by 1 ok.
Go to the auto parts store. Buy the cheapest TEST LIGHT that they have. Then open the hood of the car. I guess you have already found the fuse box. I will pull up the wiring schematic and teach you how to use that test light (simple tests) and maybe we can resolve some issues (OK)
