Mercedes Benz repair: 93 Mercedes Benz 300SE front brake rotors, cotter pin, flathead screwdriver

Question
I'm replacing my rotors.  Is there a special tool that I can use to pull the rotor off the hub?

Answer
Sorry about delay Jeff,
Remove the center hub cap with a small flathead screwdriver and a hammer. Tap around it and remove cap. You will find a cotter pin and a nut.removed them. Once you have done so tap on the rotor with the palm of your hand and the wheel bearing in the front will pop out. remove the washer and the front bearing. Reinstall the nut partially and then slide the rotor with a quick pull out. Note :The nut is going to impact on the rear bearing and knock out the oil seal. That is ok. That is what we want. It will be reinstalled.
Now you will need an 8mm allen socket and extension and and impact gun (If you want to do it without an impact you will have to set it on a vise). Remove the allen bolts and then tap the hub free of the rotor. Align all the holes before running the allens in . Because if not the hole will not align when you go to put the tires on,

Let me know and sorry about the delay
