Mercedes Benz repair: 1997 Mercedes S320 long body noise, wheel bearings, shaft seal

Question
I have on the right, front passenger side of the car a constant low pitch howling or wind type noise when in or out of gear and in motion. It stops when you stop the car. I have eliminated wheel bearings, wind air noise, rotor, brake noise, drive shaft seal. Would the speedometer make such a sound and come from the passenger side? Any other advice as to areas or parts I should check out would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Answer
There are numerous things that can cause that type of noise. That would really need to go to the dealership for further diagnosis due to the fact that noises resonate through the cars quite alot. I have had some noises on one side of the vehicle only to find that the cause is on the other side. One place I always check first is the heat sheilds that are over the driveshaft, they tend to get bent or come undone and drag on the driveshaft.
