Mercedes Benz repair: Too much fuel 1979 450SEL, mercedes 450 sel, sensor plate

1979 Mercedes 450 SEL, 98K, Phoenix. Grandmother passed leaving this fair condition car that wasn't started in 1 year. First, no fuel being pumped from fuel pump. Replaced fuel pump and fuel pumping, car started and idled beautiful. Drove up street it stalled. Now, injection system delivering too much fuel after testing. Metering sensor plate jammed, will not go down more than 1/4 inch.

The fuel turned to varnish/sludge.
The total fuel system must be drained, and refilled with fresh fuel.
