Mercedes Benz repair: air conditioning leak 1986 420 SEL, 420sel, w126

Question
I have a 1986 420 sel, with 197,000 mi in tulsa, oklahoma. It is so hot around here. I would like to get the ac WORKING.I resently removed the compressor and had it pressure tested, and the high side hose replaced. everything else seemed fine, but found some oil inside the car dripping down from around the condensor. I would like to replace it myself but don't know if this is a good idea. It does'nt seem like it will be easy to access.Bryan
