Mercedes Benz repair: 87 Mercedes 560 SEL, mercedes 560 sel, vent valve

Question
I am at a loss. My 87 560 SEL had been sitting for almost two years. I started driving it again and it takes a long time to start up and stay on. Then when it does go the engine cuts out. I know i messed up the firing order on the wires. Would this cause my problem? If so do you know the firing order? Or can you suggest any other possibilities?

Answer
Incorrect firing order will effect everything.

Possible:
*. Vacuum leak
*. Fuel Accumulator bad
*. Fuel pump check valve leaking
*. Fuel Tank Vent Valve plugged

Firing order is marked on the intake by each cylinder, and on the distributor cap by each post.
