Question
Hi..can you plz tell me where it is located and how to install . I have a 1992 190 e 2.3 and the mechanic wants $360 for the part and $35.00 to install it/ also should I replace anything else with it at the same time.. Do you sell the part? thank you. note we changed the catalytic converter and the fuel pumps are ok... the car will stall sometimes while running on the freeway. it has 110.000.miles on it..thank you

Answer
The OVP and Fuel Pump Relay are located behind a plastic shield between the battery and bulkhead.
The OVP (Over Voltage Protection relay) is there to protect the Fuel Pump relay from excessive voltage.
The fuel pump relay is roughly the size of a pack of cigarettes.
