Mercedes Benz repair: Instrument panel blub replacement, instrument panel, c230

How do I get access to the instrument panel lights on my 2000   230 sports  sedan. One is out and another is flickering .

My best advice is take it to the MB dealer; if you break the cluster and/or set off the air bag = "Danger", possible personal injury, and BIG dollar repair.
