Mercedes Benz repair: engine cooler fan and clutch remmoval, radiator support, fan clutch

Question
In my 1991 300 SEL when I turn the allen screw attaching fan clutch to engine block the pulley also turns.how can I unscrew this.
Second question. In front of water radiator there is a another radiator may be A/C COOLER looks like attached to front chassis. this cooler has travelled 4 inches towards engine. how can I replace or bring it to original position.

What you describe is collision damage.
The radiator support may be able to be pulled out, at a frame shop.
Due to the huge number of unknown factors, I am sorry, but you need local hands on help.
A vehicle inspection by a mechanic, and body/frame technician is needed.
The vehicle may not be repairable to a safe condition.
