Mercedes Benz repair: 1981 300sd squeaking followed by vibration, mercedes benz 300sd, sway bar link

hello! just replaced the differential mount and suspension arm to under body mount bushings and when i got back in to take it for a drive these noises started. first a chirping squeak that accelerates with the drivetrain and is lost at about 25 mph, but before is is gone a vibration seems to last the last few miles of acceleration, up until the next gear. it feels as though it is coming from the drivetrain, but wasn't there before  the repairs. i did notice the rear flex disc was "tweaked" while i had the rear wheels elevated to get at the susp. bushings. perhaps i did some damage?
   as you probably know manuals are hard to find, and i am trying to save money by bringing this car back to life myself (though this time i may have done a bit of harm). any help is very much appreciated! thanks!
