MG Car Repair: 1977 mg miget, mg miget, rear axel

Question
I belive my brake system tubing is plumbed wrong. Do you have a diagram you could send me? The front port of the mc goes to the drivers side front disk and the back ports go to the pass front disk and the rear axel.

Answer
Hi Robert.  Your plumbing sounds correct to me.

The front port should go to the left-hand front brake.  The upper rear port should go to the right-hand front brake.  The lower rear port should go to the rear axle T piece.

This system is designed so that, if either circuit fails, there will still be one operational front brake.  Unfortunately, there is only one pipe to the rear, so it is plumbed into the same port as the right-hand front brake.  It would have been better if there were two separate pipes to the rear.
