ANSWER: Hi Bobby,
You just remove the plastic column covers and remove the whole lock assembly. Or get a lock smith to come make a key for it.

If you mean that the lever is stuck in 1st gear and will not move. It can be in the shift linkage and you can remove the shift tower and remove the shift lever and use a large screwdriver to try to move the linkage to see if it is just stuck. If the shift lever shifts out of 1st but the gearbox is still in 1st then it is inside and the engine and transmission must be removed to gain access to the gearbox to open it up. You should get a service manual if you do this as it is too much to cover in e-mail. If you have to open it up and run into a problem that is not covered by the manual I will be glad to help.
