MG Car Repair: 1973 MGB Horn, slip ring, steering wheel

Question
Howard,
My MGB has an aftermarket steering wheel.   The previous owner purchased the wheel from mechspec/uk.  It has a hole for the pencil push and nothing else than I can see to make an electrical contact.   From what I can gather I would need a horn ring.   I can find no decent illustrations as to how everything would go together.   Can you help me out?  It does have  the horn contact,

Answer
Hi John,
Your car had the horn push button on the column lever not on the steering wheel so you don't have the slip ring. You need to talk to Moss about your aftermarket wheel and their adapter. All that I can help you with is what MG had. It looks like that adapter was meant to run on a slip ring.
