what group size batteries for 74 mgb

Hi John,
The 74 MGB had two 6v batteries connected in series. As for the group number you will have to give the dimensions to any auto parts store and they can give you a group number. Or get them to look it up by application. Most MGB owners switch to one 12v battery and modify one of the battery boxes to accept one 12v battery.
