haveing thuble car idels fine put it in first gear i give it gas i geta sound like a pinking only when the car is in gear not when it is standing give it gas sounds good .

Hi Ralph,
Your description narrows the problem down to only one million things.
So you need to narrow it down a little more.

From under the hood (not sitting in the car) you need to let it idle and snap the throttle open quickly and listen to see if it makes the noise. Also while under the hood try to determine where the noise is coming from. Now, have some sit in the car and put it in gear with the clutch held down and have them snap the throttle to see if you can ID where the noise is coming from.

Do those things and let me know.
