MG Car Repair: 1970 MG Midget........Electrical, volt meter, test light

Question
The running lights are not all working.  The right rear does work, and the other three bulbs have been checked and are good. How should I go about finding the problem?

Hi Ric, I thought I answered this one once but maybe it didn't go through,
If the rear works then the power supply is working and if the bulbs are good then you need to take a test light and trace the circuit for any one of the dead lights back to the switch (which must be working or you wouldn't have any light working.) This will require the use of a test light or volt meter and a wiring diagram. If you don't have a diagram for the car let me know and I will put one up on my web site so you can copy it.
