MG Car Repair: 1975 mg midget eletrical problem?, windshield wipers, gas gauge

Hello
I just purchased a 1975 midget,it runs well.I had a problem with the horn, and also the brake lights,the push horn piece
seem to have shorted and melted to the back of the steering wheel,the car starts, head lights and tail lights lit, but my blinkers,gas gauge,windshield wipers, and tach, and the led for the back up toggle switch does not work,could it have blown a bunch of fuses?or more serious

You need a wiring diagram for the car to correct all those problems but do look at the fuses first. The horn button can not do that because if the horn button were shorted out it would just make the horn blow all of the time.
