Military Vehicle Repair: M1010 Electrical, rt1 radio, john meany

Question
The Hartford PD (which I work for) has an M1010 for it's uses. Except that I have no 12V service in the vehical. The instrament panel is dead. Head lights, everything, Horn... No voltage at fuse block,  I was told that it was runing then it shut down and was totally dead. I have checked the batteries and they are up to where they need to be Voltage. Where can I get a wiring diagram for the M1010? I have spent 6 Hours an have come up with no answer.. Boss is getting a bit excited..with me. Please help. Oh and the glowplug circut was/is a mess. I am the third person to take get "volenteered" this "project"... why me?

Hello John,
I had already left work when you called. Tried to call you.
Coretta said you wanted me to resend 10,11,&12.
I will try to do that tomorrow. If your fax copies are poor, I can mail all those pages to you.

I have an old copy of part of the pages at home, and page 11 is for all except 1010. I don't have a copy of any of those other pages. All of the pages I have here are for "All Except 1010".

I will be working buffalo tomorrow, so it won't be an easy day for me to send stuff. Call me now, or any time this evening at 580-536-9660 and we can talk, but I don't have the manual here.
