Military Vehicle Repair: 86 m1008 electrical, split charging system, chev 350

Question
Hello, I am trying to wire up a 94 chev 350 TBI into my originally 6.2 equipped 86 m1008 pickup. Have the original harness for the 94 as well as pcm and dont need help with that. I'm having trouble finding pinout info about wiring from the fuseblock and in dash, or any wire information at all . If you could let me know witch ones(pins)-in the fuseblock/harness conn.-are constant, tunkey and run (or wires)? How I can get ECT sender or volts to register on gauges? Any diesal only wiring I can remove or use again?
Thank you for your time and knowledge,
      Any help is greatly appreciated,

Answer
Hello Clayton,I really don't know if I can be much help on that.
I have a bunch of the 1008's, and have worked on the systems a great deal.
They are very similar to a civilian pickup, except for the 24 volt starter and related relay, and the split charging system.
The fuse block is basically 12 volts, although there are some 24 volt access points on it.
And the controller for the glow plugs hangs near the fuse block, and is useless to you, as well as the volt meter, blackout light switches, and diagnostic port.
I don't know that I wouldn't get a harness out of a regular gas pickup if I were you.
The fuse block itself is quite well marked.
The dash instrument cluster, and heater controls are pretty standard.
