Answer
Baraa,
There are many parts and brackets that connect and hold down components the car's frame.  When an accident like yours happens, any one of those brackets may become loose and cause the parts they are holding to shift around.  This can cause ticking or squeaking noises while driving.  It is not easy to find these noises and they cause be coming from anywhere in the back and be caused by many different things.  If your mechanic cannot find the problem, you can try to figure out where the noise is coming from by yourself.  Have a friend drive your car while you sit in the back try to locate exactly where the noise is coming from.  That may help locate where the source of the noise is coming from and aid in getting it fixed.
Good luck!
