Mitsubishi Repair: horn switch stuck, 2000 mitsubishi mirage, mitsubishi mirage

Question
I have a  2000 Mitsubishi mirage my problem is the horn switch in the steering wheel appears to be stuck closed causing the horn to blow when the ignition is turned on,how hard is it to remove the air bag and get to the switch to replace it?

Answer
Jerry,
I don't recommend removing any airbag in your car as you may permenantly damage the sensitive electronics, the airbag, or even yourself if the airbag were to deploy during the process.  If you truly insist on removing your airbag there are service manuals you can easily purchase at most auto parts stores that will provide instructions on doing it.
Good luck!
