Mitsubishi Repair: Lost my key, transponder key, problem thanks

Hello, I have recently lost my Pajero Exceed 1999 transponder key. Now I am facing a dilemma to have a new one. Mitsubishi representant in Angola asked me for the VIN, however I was only able to provide them 11 digits out of 17 they have asked for. Since my VIN is V75W-0000641, how can I obtain the 17 digits? The real 17 digit VIN cannot be found in my car. How can I overcome this problem? Thanks

Typically, the VIN is stamped on several places on a vehicle.  Your owners manual should be able to tell you where they all are on your particular vehicle.  Else, you can contact Mitsubishi and ask where all the locations are.  You may even be able to search for the VIN locations online.
