Mitsubishi Repair: 2000 Galant GTZ turn signals/hazard ligths stopped working, turn signal switch, light bulb sockets

The turn signals stopped working on my 2000 Galant GTZ.  I checked the fuse that is under the hood and it was burned out.  I think there is a short somewhere but don't know where to start looking.  Could it be the turn signal switch or something more complicated?

It may be the switch.  If the fuse continuous to burn out, then it could be a short at the relay or any one of the light bulb sockets.  There's even a chance there's a problem the problem is in the hazard light switch, which is also tied into the turn signal circuits.
