Mitsubishi Repair: Low buzzing noise near the engine when the cars off, mitsubishi mirage, 1997 mitsubishi mirage

I recently bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage. When I got it I had to get the battery charged. I noticed a light buzzing noise near the engine when the car is shut off and when I leave my car sitting the battery drains. I've been forced to take off the battery wires when I leave the car. I don't have money to get it checked out so I decided to post here.

The only thing I can guess given this information is that you may have a bad relay.  Check the relays.  When you hear the buzzing, remove each relay, one at a time to see if the buzzing eventually stops.  If it does, you'll probably found your bad relay.  If that doesn't help, you'll really want to have someone check it out.
