Mitsubishi Repair: cylinder misfire, valve seals, cylinder misfire

i have a 98 eclipse rs with a 2.0l DOHC and its a manual and i am have cylinder 1 and 2 misfire and multicylinder misfire codes thrown out so i replace the spark plugs, cables and coil pack and it got a little better but im still having issue while its idling so i did and compression test and cylinder 1 is at 95 and cylinder 2 is at 105 and cylinders 3 & 4 are at 110... what can i do to fix this

You may have some where in the valve seals on your #1 cylinder.  If you put a few drops of oil in your #1 plug chamber and the compression goes up, that can indicate a seal problem.  To fix that, you'd need to replace the valve seals and guides.
