Mitsubishi Repair: 97 Magna, check your battery, negative terminals

Question
I have a 97 magna 3lt manual. I removed the battery for 10 mins, when reinstalling small spark happened on positive .The car is driving ok but when you slow down or stop the car stalls. Any help with reasons why would be appreciated. The car was running fine previously. Thanks.

Answer
Geoff,
The small spark should not have caused any problems, unless there was an arc between the positive and negative terminals.  The stalling may be unrelated.  But double check your battery connections.  Make sure they are tight and free of corrosion.
Good luck!
