How do I loosen the timing chain on this vehicle, I have looked everywhere with no luck, if you can help me with this problem I would be more than happy to donate to the cause. I may have future questions to ask you. but for the time being this is the only problem.

I'm not familiar with the engine in the Magnas, but typically there is a tension on a timing belt.  Some are hydraulic tensioners and others are mechanic-spring tensioners.  If you can find the tensioner and remove it or loosen it, that should allow you to remove the belt.  Just make sure crankshaft and camshafts do not move once the belt is off.
